Quickly understand the performance of e-mails with updated daily performance report of the updated certification

After increasing the global coverage of certification with the addition of [19459004 in April, we are very pleased to announce another feature enhancement for Certification . The updated daily performance report (DPR) is now available for all certification customers!

The DPR client is a favorite among the customers of the certification as it provides a daily overview of the performance of their email program (in particular, the number of active and suspended IP addresses), as well as other rich and relevant data from mailbox providers. While our previous design was functional, there were areas to improve.

Our redesigned DPR is intuitive for new customers and meets the needs of customers who control their status at a glance, monitor status alongside summary data, and deepen granular data. We kept the summary tiles showing the number of active and suspended IP addresses, but we updated the design to include near-suspension IP addresses so that customers could proactively resolve potential performance issues .

The "Information" section is another addition to the RDP. We will display valuable content, such as blogs and webinars, or information about the value that certification brings to customers' email programs.

We have also added a clearly labeled performance section that provides granular data on the IP addresses of your program that are suspended or about to be suspended.

Finally, we want to ensure that customers always have access to the data currently available in the DPR. A new CSV attachment has been added. It includes 30-day global data for each IP address. Customers will always receive the attachment that includes daily data for each IP address over a 30-day period.

The new RDP, along with the addition of Vade Secure and Signal Spam, demonstrates our ongoing commitment to improving our customer experience and the value of our certification product. We look forward to sharing improvements to the RDP and other versions later in 2019!
