Google launches Google Policy Manager in Google Ads

Google Policy Manager.

To help advertisers better understand if their accounts are restricted, Google will release a new Google Policies Manager. Ads interface in April.

Why Take Care of You

The new dashboard displays rule issues that affect your ads, keywords, or extensions. You will be able to view and manage denials of your account.

You can get more details on why an ad was declined by flying over its display. Google said it would continue to add details on why ads were rejected throughout the year.

Record your calls and certifications associated with your account. Calls get a little easier, too. You will be able to click on a "resubmit" link from the disapproval notice in an ad and choose the "Dispute Decision" option in a pop-up window. You will then be able to track the status of the call in Policy Manager. This feature will be available in the spring. Also coming soon: When you create new ads in the interface, Google will alert you in real time if it detects a violation of the rules.
